This notice explains the basic information used by the current community forum. Historical archive browsing does not require an account.
Email addresses are used for registration, login, recovery, and account identification. Emails are not displayed publicly. Public profile information includes username, display name, biography, signature, role, join date, and post count.
Threads, posts, edits, reports, and moderation records are stored to operate and protect the forum. Public posts should not contain private personal information.
Queue preferences, match participants, acceptance state, reported results, ratings, and match history are stored to operate turn-based matchmaking. Match notes are shown only to the paired players, while confirmed standings are public.
Netlify hosts the website, Identity service, server runtime, and PostgreSQL database. Netlify processes technical data needed to deliver and secure the service.
Members may request account correction or deletion through the project's contribution channel. Some moderation records may be retained where necessary to document abuse prevention.
